NYC FW 2010 Womenswear - Thakoon

This collection definitely amazed me, just like it did the critics, I was left in complete awe. It honestly had everything, the strength of the tough girl collections we have been seeing, the edge, the innovation and even the flirty girly feel as well. It also portrayed what most designers have been showing which is the amazing mix of fabrics, the furs, the sheer, the patterns, Thakoon did it all well, the boots, the heels, the simple design mixed with the punch of some edge; definitely worthy of being in my favorites.

Thakoon definitely draws a crowd and a high profile one at that...with Vogue in full effect, Editor, Anna Wintour and Creative Director, Grace Coddington!
