It begins...with Ermenegildo Zegna...for my reviews...this collection for me was very classic...nice lines, soothing fall/winter colours but in no way dull, the monochromatic looks were even captivating in ways i didn't even expect, with the lovely blue on blue, teal on teal and grey on grey looks. The gloves were another part of E.Zegna's collection that added the final touch to some of the looks, it was a well put together collection and the fit of most things was superb. Also, the knee length coats and trenchs gave interesting silhouettes as well, and the use of different textures accented with the knit ties; but what kept me really involved were those boots, love at first sight for me! The show looked like it would have been a fun show to see in person...especially the ending with the gang of guys in their grey suits with brown shoes...it just looked so cool!
